Tadalista is an oral prescription medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men.
Take Tadalista precisely as directed by your doctor. The typical starting dose for most men is 10 mg, and it should not be taken more than once daily. Some men may require a lower dose of Tadalista due to their medical conditions or other medications they are taking. Your healthcare provider will determine the appropriate dosage for you.
Tadalista can lead to a sudden drop in blood pressure to an unsafe level when taken with certain other medications, including nitrates and alpha-blockers, as well as recreational drugs known as "poppers" that contain nitrates. Such a rapid decrease in blood pressure may result in dizziness, fainting, or potentially serious conditions like heart attack or stroke.
Be cautious when driving or operating heavy machinery until you know how Tadalista affects you. Tadalista contains lactose and should not be used by those who are lactose intolerant. Additionally, you should avoid grapefruit juice during treatment, as it can heighten the risk of side effects. If you are on medications containing nitrates or nitric oxide, have uncontrolled blood pressure (either high or low), or have a history of stroke or heart attack, do not take Tadalista.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it’s nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular dosing schedule. Do not take two doses to compensate for a missed one.
Side Effects: headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and nasal congestion or runny nose.
These side effects generally resolve within a few hours. Patients experiencing back pain and muscle aches typically notice them 12 to 24 hours after taking Tadalista, and they usually subside on their own within 48 hours. Contact your doctor if you experience a bothersome side effect or one that doesn’t disappear.
